THE COMPANY
Visualization can be defined as the intersection and the integration of three areas of technology. They are platform, application and visual systems. A significant aspect of Panoram's success has been the continual evaluation and the balancing of trends, technologies and products in each of these areas to define and integrate innovative solutions that provide genuine benefit to our customers.

Over the past years, many constituent of each of the technology areas including computer companies (platform), software providers (application) and projector manufacturers (visual systems) have all defined themselves with "visualization".

In contrast, Panoram sits at the intersection of these areas, leveraging the best technologies available in each, to create innovative and deployable solutions.

We have a simple mission statement that focuses all our activities: To provide technologies, products and services that help our users to "see more, understand better, and decide quicker."

SEE MORE, UNDERSTAND BETTER, DECIDE QUICKER.
This "core value proposition" cuts across a broad series of unequalled capabilities and technologies. Panoram's complete array of products includes desktop information appliances, large-scale visualization systems, workgroup solutions and integration technologies. We deliver solutions to the oil/gas, manufacturing & engineering, government/defense, mining educational and scientific sectors. Moreover, Panoram is able to cross-pollinate the needs of commercial, industrial and scientific applications with the needs of Government and Defense.

COMMITTMENT TO EXCELLENCE
We realize that even though we deliver technology, Panoram is primarily a service organization. As such we are fully and deeply committed to the highest standards of responsiveness, support, attention to detail and empathy to our customer's needs and issues.

These are truly lofty goals. It is easy to state such goals but much more difficult to implement a total service culture. This is especially true in the ever-shifting sands of changing technologies.

Panoram is constantly examining these factors to see how we can serve our customers better. This has resulted in a number of solutions from better internal communications systems so our coordinated efforts are more effective, to individual account login areas for customers with service contracts, where service issues and software bug reports generate response tickets for our technical support team.

We are constantly examining our internal processes with the same rigor we examine new technologies in order to improve our deliverables… not only in terms of hardware but also in terms of customer experience.

TECHNOLOGY
Panoram owns a strategic portfolio of intellectual property that addresses projection, edge blending, software and display system design. The Company is also the exclusive worldwide master licensee for Video Panoramâ edge-blending technology. The Company's on-going developments continue to define and set many of the standards for visualization systems worldwide. Over the past few years, Panoram has taken on more and more contract R&D programs providing access to our 15 years of leading edge experience to companies and organizations who want specific issues addressed. This is an expanding part of our activities.
