 GVR
stands for Group Virtual Reality. These curved screen,
immersive display facilities feature high-brightness,
DLP stereographic and non-stereographic projectors. The
system is front projected and comes with ceiling grids,
fine tunable projector mounting plates, seismic kits,
and projector enclosures for noise and heat abatement.
The curved screen is a high definition, durable Lexan
type with masking that finishes to the room. Cabling is
performance matched to the extreme resolution capabilities
of the system. Image integration electronics include Video
Panoram(R) edge blending, the exclusive Panoram Black
Level technology to improve dark scene viewing, Panoram's
Digital Image Processor with warping, eight channel source
switching, and Panoram's incomparable Integrator 2000
drag-and-drop user interface.
The GVR-X is a curved screen immersive display solution
for permanent installations, including briefing centers,
visualization facilities, design collaboration centers
and demonstration theaters. It is fully scalable. Facility
engineering is built into the product price. It is an
ideal curved screen environment for 20-60 people but is
often used for smaller groups who wish to have a very
large immersive image. |

The projectors feature auto convergence to simplify
maintenance and come ready for active matrix, stereographic
operation with the addition of IR transmitters and LCD
shutter glasses.
The audio system is a six channel surround sound system
with LR front, LR rear, center and subwoofer. A theatrical
audio upgrade package is available which includes enhanced
speakers, dual subwoofers, third octave graphic equalizers,
separate amplifiers, mic mixer and more.
The GVR-X is ideal for corporate and regional headquarters
application as an immersive VR facility, briefing center,
research lab, corporate presentation environment and
marketing facility.
