ourselves in the quality of our products as well as their
performance and design. This is why we are offering a ten
(10) day limited money back guarantee on the PV720 FRM display.
Our customer satisfaction guarantee program
is detailed below for your review and reference.
LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Panoram Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as "Panoram") offers a ten (10) day
limited money back guarantee for its PV720 FRM
display. (hereinafter referred to as the "Panoram Product").
Wholesalers, dealers and resellers of the Panoram Product
are specifically excluded from this limited money back guarantee.
AVAILABILITY. In
order to exercise this limited money back guarantee, Customer
(as defined in this section) must meet all of the following
conditions: (1) Customer must be an end user who purchased
the Panoram Product from Panoram or any authorized Panoram
reseller; (2) Customer must be a first-time buyer of the Panoram
Product to be returned; and (3) Customer must have purchased
a new Panoram Product. Demonstration or refurbished Panoram
Products are specifically excluded from this limited money
back guarantee. (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
MULTIPLE UNIT ORDERS.
This limited money back guarantee does not apply to multiple
unit orders except as follows: The customer must agree to
take delivery on a single unit of the Panoram Product and
shall initially be sent only one (1) of the purchased units
(hereinafter referred to as "Panoram Product Initial
Unit"). If Customer notifies Panoram of their acceptance
of the Panoram Product in writing or the customer does not
exercise his or her right to the limited money back guarantee
within ten (10) days following Customer's receipt of the Panoram
Product Initial Unit, then the balance of order shall be sent
to Customer. (hereinafter referred to as "Panoram Product
Additional Units") This limited money back guarantee
shall not apply to the Panoram Product Additional Units.
NOTIFICATION. TO RECEIVE
A REFUND UNDER THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, CUSTOMER
MUST: (1) NOTIFY PANORAM OF CUSTOMER'S DESIRE TO RETURN THE
PANORAM PRODUCT WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT CUSTOMER
RECEIVED THE PANORAM PRODUCT; AND (2) SUBMIT WRITTEN PROOF
OF PURCHASE AND/OR WRITTEN PROOF OF DELIVERY OF THE PANORAM
PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER'S LOCATION. PANORAM SHALL ISSUE CUSTOMER
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (hereinafter referred
to as "RMA"), FOR CUSTOMER TO TRACK THE STATUS OF
HIS OR HER RETURN. CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE PANORAM PRODUCT
INCLUDING ALL ACCESSORIES TO PANORAM 'S DESIGNATED ADDRESS
WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF AN RMA. PANORAM WILL
ONLY ISSUE RMA'S FOR THE RETURN OF THE COMPLETE ORIGINAL ORDER
OF THE PANORAM PRODUCT OR THE PANORAM PRODUCT INITIAL UNIT
INCLUDING DISPLAY AND ACCESSORIES. NO PARTIAL RETURNS WILL
BE REFUNDED UNDER THIS LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
AMOUNT OF REFUND.
Panoram will refund the original purchase price of the Panoram
Product and applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE
FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED THAT
CUSTOMER PAID WHEN CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE PANORAM PRODUCT AND
ANY ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE
DEDUCTED FROM CUSTOMER'S REFUND.
CONDITION OF RETURNED
PANORAM PRODUCT. The returned Panoram Product must be
in the same condition as Customer received it from Panoram.
Customer must also return all disks, cables and manuals supplied
with the Panoram Product.
SHIPPING. Ship the
Panoram Product to 10951 Pendleton St., Sun Valley, CA 91352,
or the address otherwise indicated to Customer upon issuance
of Customer's RMA, by using the original boxes and packing
material. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND
PACKAGING MATERIAL, CUSTOMER MAY PURCHASE BOXES AND PACKAGING
MATERIAL FROM PANORAM AND SUCH CHARGES SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM
CUSTOMER'S REFUND. Write the RMA number in large, clear characters
on the outside of each box to be returned to Panoram. Customer
must include a copy of Customer's packing slip and/or purchase
invoice with the returned Panoram Product to establish proof
of purchase. CUSTOMER MUST SHIP THE PANORAM PRODUCT FOB DESTINATION.
CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PANORAM PRODUCT UNTIL
IT ARRIVES AT THE DESIGNATED ADDRESS PROVIDED BY PANORAM.
CUSTOMER SHALL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL SHIPPING,
HANDLING, AND INSURANCE CHARGES. ANY OF THESE CHARGES PAID
BY PANORAM ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM CUSTOMER'S
REFUND.
ACCEPTANCE. Please
allow a reasonable period of time for the Panoram Product
to arrive at Panoram. Panoram will inspect the Panoram Product
and, after it is accepted, process Customer's refund within
fifteen (15) business days. Panoram will notify Customer if
his or her Panoram Product is not accepted.
NO WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A WARRANTY OR ADMISSION OF LIABILITY
AND PANORAM MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING
CUSTOMER'S ORDER.
