with a PV230?

A. SUN's Ultra 60, Ultra 80, Sunblade 1000 and Sunblade 2000 graphics workstations can be configured with three Expert3D-Lite cards. When run under Solaris 2.8 and set up with the Xinerama extensions they combine perfectly with Panoram's PV230 DSK desktop visualization solutions. Panoram's displays are designed to enhance individual productivity and effectiveness for demanding computing tasks. In combination, the two technologies provide unprecedented performance, power and productivity.

Q. Where can I purchase a SUN workstation and/or the XVR-500
graphic cards?

. You can purchase the computer solution from any SUN reseller or directly from Panoram.

Q. Will the new Sun XVR -1000 and XVR - 500 graphics
accelerator work with the PV series displays?

. Yes, the new Sun XVR-1000 and XVR-500 graphics accelerator is fully compatible with the PV series displays. The XVR-1000 provide dual display capabilities while the XVR-500 supports up to four displays when multiple XVR-500 are installed in a workstation or server, please contact your Sun representative for requirements and specifications.
