Panoram's European Operation Center opens on September 1, 1999 in Maidenhead, UK to support rapidly expanding activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The EOC is being run by Henry van der Helm, Panoram's new Head of Operations for EMEA.

SIGGRAPH 99
Held at the Los Angeles Convention Center between August 9 and 13, SIGGRAPH 99 was an exceptional show for Panoram with exhibits of the Panoram PV 290, as well as an exciting project which combined Immersive Visualization, remote collaboration and Virtual Reality for Education.

DEPLOYMENT
Panoram has expanded a growing list of oil companies, national laboratories, aerospace companies, shipbuilders, automotive and large machinery manufacturers as well as military customers to its growing list of clients.
Equally exciting are the events outside our company that are driving the emerging market of visualization. Computer manufacturers are introducing new, more powerful and better priced multichannel visualization computers; new markets and applications are emerging; new industries are learning how to incorporate visualization into their operational work flow.

Visualization is rapidly moving from early adoption into enterprise wide deployment with Facilities, WorkGroup and Single user implementations.
