HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN YOUR FRONT SURFACE MIRROR

Caution: Mirrors should only be cleaned if image quality or light transmission is noticeably impaired. Please bear in mind that applied pressure from cleaning the mirrors can easily change the mirror alignment.

Caution: Attempting to wipe a mirror before removing dust and debris with compressed air or soft brush will irreparably damage the mirror surface.

  1. If compressed air is unavailable, find the Panoram Cleaning Kit and use the brush provided to remove any large debris.
  2. Remove the Mirror cleaning solution and soft cloth from the Cleaning Kit. The cleaning solution is Isopropyl Alcohol. Never, use anything other than Isopropyl Alcohol and a very soft cloth to clean a mirror.
  3. Dampen the cloth and gently wipe the mirror from one end to the other always wiping in the same direction. Do not rub. If the cloth becomes heavily soiled after passing across the mirror surface, discard and use a new cloth to continue.
